Painting the FB plate with a spray gun.

Due to the small number of products, we usually use an airless spray, but we adopted spray gun painting to save on paint.

After degreasing the flat bar, it will be coated with a two-layer specification. When using a spray gun, the work efficiency decreases compared to airless spraying, but it minimizes paint loss, allowing for painting with a small amount of paint. Additionally, while the types of paint that can be used are limited, the paint particles sprayed are finer than those in airless painting, resulting in a beautiful finish. Airless spray is a method that atomizes paint under pressure without using air and sprays it in a mist. It is specialized for achieving thicker film thickness and painting large products. On the other hand, air spray simultaneously injects air and atomized paint for painting. Because the atomized paint particles are fine, it allows for uniform and beautiful painting. However, due to the high amount of overspray, the transfer efficiency is lower.
